Just a quick example - contact information has been omitted for privacy. Press Releases should be direct and brief. A 2 or even 3 page Press Release is occasionally necessary, but additional pages must include new and relevant information. The object is to catch the media's attention, make your point and get out. These people are busy; they don't have time or inclination to wade through a philosophical position paper. Just as important is to choose your demographic and target the appropriate audience.
